High and Mighties can be a hoot as long as you don’t take their sneering personally. Watching them preen and prance can be a source of great mirth and amusement.

You need to consider whether competing with and confronting them is really worthwhile; often ignoring them or enjoying them is a better strategy. How much damage can a High and Mighty cause you? They may lord it over others for a time, but it won’t take long before people wise up.

In some instances confrontation may be necessary, but generally humour is more useful.
